You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for the current Subscription period, and You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.

If automatic billing fails, the Company may issue an invoice requiring manual payment within a specified timeframe.
The Company may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any changes will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
